Hiiiiii Ennea-nerds 👀

Hiiiiii Ennea-nerds!
(Or maybe you’re just Ennea-curious and finally ready to find your type.)

When I sat down to write this book, my goal was to create a practical–but FUN–guide to help you be your best self. I wrote it because when I first learned about the Enneagram, so many books either felt too dense or too boring to actually help me.

As someone with kind of a squirrel 🐿️ brain, I felt like there was a real need for something in between.

Accessible. Fun. Not too self-serious.

But still spacious enough to help you take real, actionable steps toward self-discovery and personal growth, using my four-step approach.

And by the way, the inside is GORGEOUS, with illustrations by the one and only Jordan Kay. Someone commented on the cover reveal:

And today is the very last day to preorder if you want this little beauty by launch day.

Preorders make a HUGE difference for debut authors. (Like… massive!)

So all that to say, here’s where you can preorder:

If you have preordered, please email me back so I can personally thank you. It truly means so much to me.

Happy Discovering!

Abbey

You guyssss. I'm back at it again with some more CELEBRITY ENNEAGRAM NEWS 🗞️ 🎉 Recently, Amy Poehler (can we just call her the Enneagram Queen now?) brought up the Enneagram with guest Kerry Washington on a recent episode of Good Hang. They landed on Kerry as a Type Three, Rashida Jones as a Type Seven (with a wing 6), and Reese Witherspoon as a hard-core Type Three. (This lines up with a story from Jim McPartlin’s The Enneagram at Work. When he was managing a hotel, Reese Witherspoon paused...

Your mom, your best friend, your partner, and the person writing this email (cough cough) all have a problem. We’re all emotionally unbalanced. Like it or not, your well-being (or lack of it) hinges on how out of whack your levels of anxiety, shame, or anger are. And if you’re wondering how all of us being emotionally unhinged has anything to do with the Enneagram, well… There’s this thing called triads.
