the enneagram “shortcut” no one talks about

Your mom, your best friend, your partner, and the person writing this email (cough cough) all have a problem.

We’re all emotionally unbalanced.

Like it or not, your well-being (or lack of it) hinges on how out of whack your levels of anxiety, shame, or anger are.

And if you’re wondering how all of us being emotionally unhinged has anything to do with the Enneagram, well…

There’s this thing called triads.

A triad is a grouping of three types that have core traits in common.

So if you're torn between several different Enneagram types...

This happens to be a freaking wonderful way to finally get clarity on your main type:

Figuring out if you're in the thinking center, feeling center, or instinctive center.

Each of these has:

  • a core emotional imbalance
  • a common desire

You’re trying to achieve that common desire (come to mama!)...

But you’ve also got that sneaky little imbalance tripping you up.

That’s what the Type Clarity Intensive is here to help you figure out.

During three live sessions, we will uncover your main strategy for getting what you want and how to manage the things that throw you off balance.

For example, Type Fives (in the thinking center) worry they don’t have enough to operate in the world, so they compensate by withdrawing from other people, hoarding their inner resources, and gathering as much knowledge as possible.

But look at a Type Eight. They're in the instinctive center.

When something triggers them, they react with anger quickly and intensely.

I like to describe them as a massive, about-to-erupt volcano. 🌋 They feel the anger, see the injustice, and boom, they move to fix it. It’s a gut reaction. Not a lot of mental processing is happening there.

If you're ready to uncover the mysteries of YOU, you can snag your spot for the Type Clarity Intensive here:

You guyssss. I'm back at it again with some more CELEBRITY ENNEAGRAM NEWS 🗞️ 🎉 Recently, Amy Poehler (can we just call her the Enneagram Queen now?) brought up the Enneagram with guest Kerry Washington on a recent episode of Good Hang. They landed on Kerry as a Type Three, Rashida Jones as a Type Seven (with a wing 6), and Reese Witherspoon as a hard-core Type Three. (This lines up with a story from Jim McPartlin’s The Enneagram at Work. When he was managing a hotel, Reese Witherspoon paused...

It's the most important thing you can do for yourself... And it connects to something that changed millions of lives. When Muhammad Yunus was traveling through Bangladesh, he saw families trapped in poverty. Instead of just feeling sad about it, he got curious and asked: What is the root issue here? Because it's not that these people were lazy or not ambitious. They were actually some of the most creative and hard-working people he'd ever met! The problem was simply: access. They didn’t have...

If you’ve taken multiple Enneagram tests and gotten different results…Or you’ve narrowed it down to a couple of types but can’t quite land on one… You’re not alone! As an Enneagram coach to over 75 teams across 6 different countries, this is the most common problem I see! And it breaks my little Ennea-nerd heart because I know what’s on the other side of getting it right. For me (Type 3 🙋🏻♀️), it changed everything: I learned how to actually communicate with my Type 4 husband (and my Type 8...
